Services

Do you feel unsure of why you struggle with your mental health? Perhaps, you seek another opinion on your diagnosis. I offer comprehensive diagnostic assessments which can provide insight into not only diagnosis but can give you recommendations for effective treatment. This service is available only to adults present in Massachusetts or Utah at the time of service.

With over thirteen years of clinical experience, I am pleased to offer training and consultation on a variety of topics including differential diagnostics, working with the LGBTQIA community, the treatment of complex trauma, and non-carceral approaches to working with suicidality. I offer individual and group consultation as well as workshops. For custom training options, please inquire within.

I provide therapy and coaching to individuals, couples, and groups. I focus on providing services to the LGBTQIA community, those with chronic illness, and verbal adults with ADHD or Autism. I am equipped to support those coming from kink and non-monogamy as well.

My Approach

Systems Perspective

I look at the whole picture and consider the impact of the systems of oppression on your mental health. I want to understand your context, not just you as an individual.

Autonomy

Help isn't help if it's not helpful. My working style centers the autonomy of my clients because the research is clear that the best outcomes stem from people making empowered choices.

Embodiment

Healing requires us to move beyond the discursive mind and into our embodied experience. I offer somatic practices and interventions for a wide range of capacities and neurotypes.
